How fast can you deliver?

Most apparel and stationery orders ship the same day if confirmed before noon. Signage, embroidery and bulk orders take 2–7 days depending on volume. We'll give you a firm timeline with the quote.

What's the minimum order?

DTF / DTG / Vinyl t-shirts: 1 piece. Screen printing: 50 pieces. Business cards: 100 cards. Flyers: 500 pieces. Signage and design are quoted per job — no minimum.

What artwork files do you accept?

Best: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD at print resolution (300 DPI, CMYK). We also accept PNG and JPG — our design team will convert and clean up if needed (small fee for heavy clean-up).

Do you design too, or only print?

Both. We have a 10-person in-house design team plus 23 freelancers on panel. We can take you from "I have a rough idea" all the way to print-ready in 24–48 hours. Logo design from ₹2,500.

How do payments work?

50% advance to start production for new clients, balance on delivery. Regular clients have credit terms. Bank transfer, UPI, PhonePe, GST invoice provided for every order.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes. We'll do a single sample piece at your cost so you can hold the print in your hand before committing to a 500-piece run. Strongly recommended for first orders.
