Orders & quotes
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed once we receive your written or WhatsApp approval and a 50% advance (for new clients) or full advance (for jobs above ₹50,000).
Artwork & approval
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork or for approving the design we create for you. Once approved, production begins and changes will be charged separately. We do not reprint for issues present in approved artwork.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and start from the date of artwork approval and advance payment. Free local delivery is available across Nerul, Vashi, Sanpada, Belapur, Kharghar, Juinagar and Ulwe; outstation delivery is charged at actuals.
Payments
We accept UPI, bank transfer, cards and cash. GST is charged extra at applicable rates. GSTIN: 27BRAPP6496D1ZI.
Cancellations & refunds
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Advances are non-refundable except in case of failure to deliver from our side. Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless defective.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or defective delivery.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai courts.
