ITG / PET Film Transfer printing is a heat-transfer technique that sits between DTG and DTF. Artwork is printed onto a special PET film with white-base inks, then heat-pressed onto the fabric. The result is a stretchable, soft-hand finish that holds up beautifully on sports jerseys, baby clothes and stretch fabrics.
Where ITG / PET Film shines
- Sports jerseys. Cricket, football, marathon kits β the print stretches without cracking.
- Stretch fabrics. Lycra, spandex, swim fabric. Screen and DTG fail on these; ITG / PET Film handles them.
- Number-and-name kits. Crisp typography that won't peel after a season of washes.
- Activewear, gym kits, school PE uniforms.
How it works
Print: Your design is printed in mirror image on PET film at high resolution.
Powder: Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet print and cured under heat.
Transfer: The film is positioned on the garment and pressed at 160Β°C for 15 seconds.

Peel: Once cool, the film peels away leaving only the design β bonded permanently.
Pricing
Starts at βΉ100 per piece for an A5 print. Number-and-name kits for sports teams (10+ jerseys) get bulk pricing.
